I believe that how we communicate our expectations, values, needs and goals as individuals, groups, teams, departments and organizations is key to progress. As leaders and change agents our ability to communicate and to influence others is vital to our success.

I have over 25 years experience as an educator, administrator and manager in various academic, educational and federal settings.  I am a certified Adult Educator.  I have obtained a master’s degree in Health Services Administration. I am currently working towards a master’s degree in Conflict Transformation and I am a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution.
